When I initially commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added"
checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four e-mails with
the same comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service?

First off I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you
do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself
and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out.
I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems
like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost simply
just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
