オリーブに収穫の時期があるのですから、オリーブ・オイルにも新ものの時期があります。それがこの季節。
イタリア語で"新"は"novello"と言いますが、つまりは"new"であり"nouveau"と言うことです。
ノン・フィルタードなので、エキス分が濁っています。美味しそうです。実際、いろいろな料理で食べてみましたが、美味しかった。
ずっと以前にNHKで見たのですが…イタリア人の親父四人が貯金をはたいて共同でオリーブの農園を買い栽培は地元の農家に委託していて、収穫の時期になるとみんなで出かけて収穫、農園の片隅にある別荘でオリーブ油を絞るんです。で、そのノヴェッロオイルをいろんなふうに食べながら、楽しく語り合い…どうせ女の話でしょう…ワインを飲む、親父ばかりでね。実に楽しそうでした。ああ、なんて豊かな暮らしなんだろうと羨ましくてため息が出ました。
そんな真似はとてもかなわないものの、ワインの新酒も出ましたし、なにか質素でもおいしい料理をつくって、収穫の喜びを味わいたいものです。

First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself
and clear your mind prior to writing. I've had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my
ideas out there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like
the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
Any ideas or hints? Appreciate it!

Could it be only me or does it seem like a few of these remarks
