長崎へ帰郷している知人より牡蠣が送られて来ました。この時期の牡蠣は粒も大きくなって、なにやら凄まじいものがあります。
どっさり。
生で食べたいが中るのが怖いし、スチームしてもこの大きさだとなにやら妙なイメージが頭の中に渦を巻いてもの狂おしいような変な気持ちになるので、ここは剥いてオイル漬けにしましょう。
ああ、それでもまだ大きくて、この大きさがなにか妙なトラウマを喚起するような…。なんなんでしょうね。
まぁそれでも、週末にワインをあけて、楽しみましょうかねぇ。
